Quick Start

Tap + in the Clients tab to add your first customer.
Create an appointment, set date and price.
Go to Settings → Weather, enable weather, and set location.
In Settings → Messaging, customise your WhatsApp message (include [DATE]).
Open Today to manage jobs and mark them complete.

Appointments

Mark jobs complete or paid instantly. Add notes or change prices for special cases.

Recurrence

Choose weekly, fortnightly, 6-weekly, or monthly patterns. Skip one date when a client is away.

Today View

Shows all jobs for the day. Tap to complete, reschedule, or mark paid. Copy daily earnings for your ledger.

Payments

Filter by unpaid jobs, view totals, and export if you use ExpenseBase or PayBase.

Weather

Stay ahead of rain with hourly forecasts, updated daily. Enable in Settings → Weather.

Messaging

Use smart templates with [DATE] to quickly confirm appointments via WhatsApp.

Using the Weather Feature

Open Settings → Weather.
Enable Weather and set your town or Eircode.
Check the bottom bar or Today view for forecasts.

The app caches data to save battery. When you reopen, it auto-refreshes to show the latest hourly and weekly forecasts.

FAQ

How do I confirm jobs quickly?

Tap an appointment → WhatsApp icon. The [DATE] placeholder fills with the actual time and date. Edit the template in Settings → Messaging.

What if it’s going to rain?

Check the hourly forecast. Long-press an appointment and select Reschedule to move it to another day.

Can I create recurring 6-week jobs?

Yes. When setting recurrence, select Every 6 Weeks.

Does the weather work offline?

Yes, the most recent forecast is cached locally and updates when you’re online again.

Why isn’t [DATE] inserting correctly?

It must be written exactly as [DATE] in your message template, including brackets and uppercase letters.

How do I see today’s total earnings?

In Today, tap Copy Earnings to add totals to your clipboard for easy record keeping.

Where can I keep short notes?

Use the Notes tab’s Scratch Pad for quick reminders or job lists.
