ClientBase ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Our Privacy Commitment

ClientBase is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in the ClientBase app.

Information Collection and Use

Data Storage

All data you enter into ClientBase is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This includes:

• Client information (names, phone numbers, addresses)
• Appointment details and schedules
• Pricing information
• Notes and tags

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

No Data Collection

ClientBase does not:

• Collect any personal information
• Track your location
• Access your contacts without permission
• Send data to external servers
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Display advertisements

Data Export

The app includes an export feature that allows you to save your data as a JSON file. This export is:

• Initiated only by you
• Saved to a location you choose
• Never automatically sent anywhere

Third-Party Services

ClientBase may interact with the following system services when you choose to use them:

• Phone: To make calls to clients (requires your action)
• Messages: To send SMS messages (requires your action)
• Maps: To view client addresses (requires your action)
• WhatsApp: To send messages via WhatsApp (if installed)

These services are only accessed when you tap the relevant buttons, and no data is shared automatically.

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• iOS built-in security features
• Device-level encryption
• Your device passcode/biometric authentication

Data Backup

Your ClientBase data may be included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled. This is controlled by your iOS settings, not by ClientBase.

Children's Privacy

ClientBase is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

• View all your data within the app
• Edit or delete any information
• Export your data at any time
• Remove all data by deleting the app
