We do not collect any personal information. piHour does not require account creation, login, or any personal details to function.

Ministry Hour Data

Your ministry hour records remain private and local. All data you enter (hours logged, dates, notes, ministry types) is stored exclusively on your device using Core Data. This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Usage Analytics

We do not collect usage analytics or crash reports. We have no insight into how you use the app, what features you access, or when you use the app.

2. How We Use Information

Since we don't collect any information, we don't use your data for any purpose. The app functions entirely on your device:

Hour tracking and calculations are performed locally
Statistics and charts are generated from your local data
No data is transmitted to external servers
No advertising or marketing profiles are created

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All your data is stored in your device's local Core Data database, which is:

Protected by your device's security (passcode, Touch ID, Face ID)
Included in your device's encrypted backup systems
Not accessible to other apps without your permission
Automatically deleted if you delete the app

Data Export

The app includes a CSV export feature that:

Only exports data when you explicitly choose to do so
Creates a local file on your device
